Planting & Care
Kiowa is a floricane-fruiting blackberry, meaning that fruit can be expected on second year canes. Once harvest is complete, remove the old fruiting canes to encourage strong new growth for the following season. While Kiowa can be grown without support, it generally benefits from trellising to keep canes upright and make harvesting easier.
