At MicroStarts, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders.

Shipping Areas:

We currently ship plants within the United States, including Hawaiian, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend, ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.

Shipping Methods:

We use reputable carriers that specialize in live plant shipping to minimize transit time and stress on the plants. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging:

Our plants are carefully packaged with eco-friendly materials to ensure they remain secure during transit. We take steps to protect your plants from temperature extremes, but we recommend tracking your package closely to minimize exposure to weather conditions once delivered.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged Plants:

If your plants arrive damaged, please see our Replacement Policy.

Heat and Cold Weather Shipping:

We do our best to ship plants safely, but extreme weather conditions may impact plant quality. We highly recommend choosing a shipping address where someone can receive the plants immediately upon delivery. MicroStarts is not responsible for plants that suffer from exposure due to weather conditions after delivery.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
