Cancellation policy

Some plants at MicroStarts may be offered to you on a pre-order basis. This cancelation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-Orders 

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are either buying:

1. a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory, or
2. an in-stock item with delayed shipping winter or summer shipping

Full payment will be collected at checkout. Customers can cancel their pre-orders prior to fulfillment for a full refund. If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, only the parts of the order that have not been fulfilled can be canceled for a refund.
