Alocasia esculanta ‘Portora is commonly known as a ruffled upright elephant ear. These plants are fast growing full sized alocasia that can either be large houseplants or planted outside in spring to add beautiful huge green leaves to your landscape. After first fall frost, dig up tubers and store in cool and dry location for winter.
Parentage: Alocasia odora x Alocasia ‘Portei
Growth rate: Fast
Mature size: 6-12 ft tall, 4-6 ft wide
