Return and Exchange Policy

Plant Return & Refund Policy

MicroStarts takes great care in ensuring the quality of our plants. However, due to the nature of live plants, we offer a limited refund policy under the following conditions:
  • Claim Window: If there is an issue with your plant(s), you must contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Claim Requirements: To process your claim, you must provide:
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the plant(s) in the condition they arrived, including any damage to the plant or packaging
  • Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns of live plants. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or store credit based on the specific circumstances
  • Shipping Damage: If the plant(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and the plant(s). We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds or credits will not be granted for:
  • Issues resulting from improper care or environmental conditions after receipt.
  • Expected variability in plant size, color, or growth stages.
  • Delays or damages in shipping due to carrier services beyond our control.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Store credits will be applied immediately upon approval.
