These Terms and Conditions govern all plant purchases from our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, which outline the responsibilities and limitations related to the sale, delivery, and care of the plants we provide.

1. No Warranty
All plants sold through our online store are provided “as is.” We do not offer any warranties, express or implied, regarding plant health, growth, or performance after delivery. Each plant is unique, and we cannot guarantee specific results based on individual care or environmental conditions.

2. Plant Variety Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that all plants are true to type and meet high industry standards for propagation. However, we do not accept liability for any accidental plant variety mix-ups. While we strive for accuracy, natural variations in plants and labeling errors can occur.

3. Care Responsibility
Once plants have been delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the plants. We provide general care guidelines, but successful growth depends on individual care practices, local climate, and conditions beyond our control.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We package our plants with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit once the shipment leaves our facility. If your order arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged plants, and we will review the situation to determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations can only be processed before the plants have shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

6. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided through our online checkout system.

7. Local Laws & Plant Regulations
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the plants purchased are allowed in their region and comply with local agricultural laws or restrictions. We do not assume liability for plants seized by customs or agricultural authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the purchase, planting, or care of the plants. This includes, but is not limited to, plant death due to incorrect care, environmental conditions, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.
